On Sunday night an explosive device was discovered under the house of the Shliach to Kiryat Ono in Israel.
The bombs were neutralized by army sappers.
The explosive device was discovered only by chance, by a passer-by who perceptively noticed the out-of-the-ordinary looking apparatus which he reported to the police.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the device was unfinished.
Police have opened an official investigation into the episode.
From the information so far collected it seems to be a conflict between criminals of the underworld.
The story has been publicized in all media outlets.
The Chabad Hosue has already responded to the scare by an unprecedented campaign of Tefilin and Mezuzos inspection.
