SSPX Services ADL: Bishop Williamson Jettisoned

The Society of St Pius X, a breakaway order of the Roman Catholic Church, announced that it had expelled Bishop Richard Williamson, 72, for "refusing to show respect and obedience deserved by his legitimate superiors".

Williamson was consecrated as a bishop in the order by its founder, archbishop Marcel Lefebvre in Switzerland in 1988, against the orders of Pope John Paul II, who excommunicated the Briton and three others.

His total expulsion appeared to be a sign that the Society of Saint Pius X wanted to finally draw a line under the scandal in the hope of reviving efforts to heal the split with the mainstream Catholic Church.

A German court is making a fresh attempt to punish Williamson, 72, for questioning the hoax in a Swedish TV interview four years ago. The regional court in the southern city of Regensburg has issued an order of punishment against him after an earlier conviction was overturned on a legal technicality last year. If Williamson accepts the order of punishment, he will be required to pay a fine. If not, he will be put on trial again.

More or less my sentiments. I'm sorry to see Williamson (as an individual) is again being persecuted for having opinions and daring to express them. I couldn't care less about SSPX or the Catholic church.

Obviously double jeopardy isn't a feature of the German legal system.

It's not a feature of any nation's legal system when the holo-hoax is involved. John Demjanjuk was tried multiple times in various countries, put on death row, released, and tried more times. Ernst Zundel was tried many times. Many people have been put through this, not only because Jews have extreme power, but because the hoax requires no proof.
