More on the Daraya massacre

British writer Robert Fisk is unreliable. For example, he defends Zionist aggression as often as he questions it. However, he went to Daraya after the massacre, and his account makes sense, although he refers to the terrorists as “rebels” and the “Free Syrian Army.”

Fisk learned that the Western-backed terrorists (many of them mercenaries wearing hoods) swept into Daraya (a working-class Sunni town located six miles from Damascus) and took hundreds of prisoners, hoping to exchange them for killers that the Syrian government was holding in jail.

Senior Syrian officers spoke to The Independent about how they had “exhausted all possibilities of reconciliation” with the killers.

When the negotiations broke down, the Syrian government decided to free the people of Daraya, which was under a terrorist seige.

As troops advanced on 24 Aug 2012, the terrorists massacred hundreds of their prisoners, and did as much damage to the town as possible before they fled like cowards.

In one mosque, which the terrorists were using to hold their victims, they shot 150 people.

The corporate media falsely blamed the massacre on the government, as the media do with all massacres by the Western-backed terrorists.

And the idiot masses in the West believe it.

Lizzie Phelan has put together a 44-minute video titled Manufacturing Dissent, which uses photos, video clips, and interviews to analyze Western media lies about Syria.
