The verdict: Israel is innocent

On 16 March 2003, Israel murdered Rachel Corrie, aged 23.

In 2005, Rachel Corrie’s family filed a civil lawsuit against the Israeli military for a symbolic sum of ONE DOLLAR in damages.

Israel delayed court hearings for five years until March 2010. After fifteen court sessions stretching over another 2½ years, Israeli judge Oded Gershon yesterday (28 Aug 2012) absolved the Israeli military once and for all.

“I reject the suit,” Gershon said. “There is no justification for the state pay any damages.”

Gershon also described the group Corrie was with, the International Solidarity Movement, as pro-terrorist, implying that Corrie herself was a terrorist.

Netanyahu welcomed the ruling.

The Corrie family lawsuit was against the Israeli military. The Corries say they will appeal to the Israeli Supreme Court within 45 days. However, even if by some miracle the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Corries, it will mean nothing. Israel has formally designated Gaza (where Rachel was murdered) as “enemy territory.” Under Israeli law, no one in enemy territory may file any lawsuit against any Israeli for any reason.

The Israeli Offense Force operates under a Hebrew motto that translates roughly as “purity of arms” and is often put as “the most moral army in the world,” since all Goyim are immoral, and Jews have their sacred holo-hoax. A small percentage of Jews actually support Rachel Corrie, but almost all Jews support the holo-hoax, and are thereby complicit in Corrie’s murder.

Comments

I think this quote from Ariel Sharon sums it up nicely.

Israel may have the right to put others on trial, but certainly no one has the right to put the Jewish people and the State of Israel on trial.

We can't seriously expect a (pseudo) nation that displays absolute contempt for the rule of law and for the rights of anyone other than its own people to admit any culpability whatsoever.
