We have cause to believe that there may be further harm done to the Tahrir, and we know that the Greek State has been usable to prevent sabotage of at least one other flotilla boat in Greek waters.

We make this statement because our Greek supporters, who are keeping vigil on the pier throughout the night, have raised the issue our safety. We must take their concerns seriously.

We hold the Greek Authority responsible should any further damage occur to our vessel.

We are currently without electrical power and we are not authorized to restart our generator, which is in working order. Lack of electrical power prevents us from using sanitary facilities or refrigeration, and we are without lighting for security.
