Jet fuel burnt up long before collapses
The video makes a lot of good points. One error is at around 5 minutes, when it suggests that the buildings exploded/collapsed only 20 minutes after the second plane crash, and the jet fuel was "nearly all burned up" by then. In fact, the jet fuel would have burnt up within a few minutes. See FEMA's report 403 Chapter 2 p. 2-22.
The South Tower collapsed first, but still took nearly an hour. So for 50 minutes or more, the fires were fuelled by ordinary office combustibles such as paper, workstations and carpets in a regular ventilation-controlled, oxygen-depleted compartment fire.
One drill that the video could have mentioned was the NRO's simulation of a plane crashing into a tower at their Chantilly, VA, headquarters. The exercise commenced at 9:00 a.m. on 9/11/01, and was called off when they allegedly realised that a real attack was underway.
Silverstein, Myers, Bush, Cheney, Rice ... these would be a good start. If they were to swap places with the current Guantanamo Bay prisoners, at least the interrogators would have suspects who possess information pertaining to terrorism.

Amen to that. Since the "Decider" has decided that waterboarding suspects is not torture, then the criminal suspects listed above should experience this technique..
In Condi Rice's case, threaten to take away her large collection of designer shoes and she'll start babbling out truths in no time.
