This opens the opportunity to award contracts to the parasitic minority, which just won another presidency, enabling it to subcontract the physical work to other minorities, including illegal aliens.  All will happen without concern for skills normally required to build bridges and roads.

In this respect the US stands to benefit enormously from the great results of its social experiment of wealth redistribution in Iraq, an experiment which has worked so successfully that the wealth redistribution has got a life of its own without tangible links to physical work.  The US embassy is a good example, but there are many others.

As a matter of fact the entire philosophy goes further back, it goes back to the creation of the notion that financial services or disservices, depending on your perspective, is at least as important as the projects they finance. 

I cannot wait to see how this programme is going to wreck what is left of the US economically and socially a fact which is most likely the real design of the new scheme.

The good news is that the US is blessed with SUVs, which are designed for off-road driving.  I am sure that in the future when the infrastructure has collapsed there will be no other kind of driving left in the US with the possible exception of toll roads owned by foreign creditors.
