Anyone else besides me finds Obama's swearing in ceremony a bit strange? He had to repeat easy phrases, which he couldn't do. I think that his swearing in ceremony was screwed up intentionally. The only think that crosses my mind is that he's probably not Christian because his second attempt was missing the Bible while during the inaguration day the Bible was present.

President Obama's awkward swearing-in ceremony and subsequent do-over of the oath of office drew a great deal of attention, but the double-dip does not make him unique in American history. Nor is he the first president to take the oath without a Bible, as occurred during his second swearing-in ceremony Wednesday night.
According to records compiled by the Architect of the Capitol and maintained by the Library of Congress, Theodore Roosevelt did not use a Bible at his 1901 swearing-in. (Maybe that's because he was a Rosenfeld??? LOL)
We kept hearing a lot of debates about Obama's background and his religious affiliation, so this will sure make those people continue discussing which religion Obama belongs to and whether or not the 'screw up' had any hidden purpose. I remember Colin Powell say that there was going to be an event on January 21 & 22, so would this be it because i can't seem to recall anything else happening that would catch one's eye.
I would not be surprised if he was a Jew on his mother's side (obviously!) because during his AIPAC speech he stated that his name comes from the Hebrew name "Barush-Baruch". Seeing his mother's photo I immediately thought about whether or not she's a Jewess since she looks like one. I find it strange that he has such a hard core Hebrew name...if it was David or Joseph, I wouldn't be surprised as they are common names for the non Jews, but Baruch?????
Coming down to the last sentence...I must say that now I doubt his affiliation to Islam because if that was the case then why would he be given a Hebrew name in the first place? Unless the name Baruch has the same roots as some other Muslim name, which I don't know about. If such a name (or similar) exists among the Muslims, I'll be interested to know about it and how it is written also. Now I also think that maybe...just maybe he is a Jew on his mother's side even if his father was a Muslim (assuming), and that's one of the reasons why he has been pampered by the Zionists for many years now for his presidential post, and if he was 100% Muslim, perhaps the Zionists wouldn't have chosen him for the job. They like to put their people in the presidential seat, and even if Obama doesn't look the same physically, his religious affiliation is the same as theirs.

There is no requirement that a Bible be used, but Obama is said to have loaded the "Bible for Blackberry" on his and held it in his left hand.

Most won't believe this but I had a strong feeling beforehand that something was going to be wrong with the oath. Needless to say, I noticed it immediately as it happened and said to myself, "I knew it". The articles the next day didn't even report the mistake correctly. Most of them said that Roberts only flubbed one word of one line. He flubbed more than that. He said ' execute the president of the United States' instead of "faithfully execute the office of the president..." . And he also didn't say anything about "enemies, foreign and domestic..."
I find it hard to believe this was an accident considering Justice Stevens had just given Biden the oath perfectly just 2 or 3 minute before.
