I am writing on the Internet because I am interested in justice, honest and transparent government, exposing government corruption and fraud, civil rights, the Bill of Rights, parental rights, rights of the mentally and physically challenged, and many other topics. I am a civil rights activist at present under attack by corrupt officials in Illinois and Cook County.

I especially am dismayed at the lack of respect for other's opinions and open debate, as well as the lack of ability to agree to disagree. You don't have to win every argument.

We grow as society when we share our interests and opinions, not when we close off our neighbors and say they are in denial because they don't agree with our opinion. Being willing to change one's opinion in the face of fact should be a cherished character.

Evil prospers when good men fail to act.
