I find it interesting that so many of these Internet sites where people complain so much about Zionist and conspiracies and say they are appalled at government corruption, have no evidence that these same complainers are doing anything tangible about it.
Donations to Mr. Bollyn, according to him, have dried up. Those that claim to support him and have written outrageous tales and fabricated stories about him and me on their web sites apparently are doing more harm than good. Very few people came to the courtroom to show support. Where are all the people that support his research? It will cost a lot of money to appeal the guilty verdict! Probably $10,000 or more. How is he going to make a living if he is defamed so badly - no one will pay for his writings! Is this fair? Is this freedom?
I also note that many people say they support my efforts at exposing government corruption and advocating for civil rights and the Bill of Rights. One doctor at Christ Hospital said she enjoys "vicarious civil rights activities" through me. Yet she has not donated a dime in my defense or spoken publicly that she supports me. Many others have told me they are appalled at what has happened to me but they must protect themselves and not publicly support me for fear of losing staff privileges and their livelihood. When I tell them that if 100 doctors on staff publicly supported me, then we could crush the corrupt administration they don't look me in the eye.
We have a society of me first, family second, community third and country last. This unbridled greed and self centeredness will be our downfall.
99.99% of people are cowards in my view. I'd like to see even a few put their money and their reputation and freedom where their mouth is.

You have to change people's minds in order to convince them to act.
That said, however, I agree that there comes a time when we must do more than just blog - and certainly more than blog anonymously.
But, we need to form real life coalitions so we can support each other. As it is we are terribly fragmented, isolated, and therefore extremely vulnerable.
At bottom, if given the time to choose, self-preservation will always be on the top of everyone's list. This is natural and nothing to be ashamed about.
what we need is a plan so that we can survive AND move forward.
In this respect, we have a lot to learn from zionists.

This is the Paramount reason no one showed up to support him at the trial,He looked guilty of provoking those cops for publicity. And to shade over the man not posting the transcript to come above board and ask for our help in defending him from this so called "Railroading" he received. There is probably dozens of lawyers reading this site ANY one of them if they could get a read of that trial could have moved worlds to defend him IF he was worthy of that defense AND was willing to DEMONSTRATE it with public offer of that Transcript.

Mr. Bollyn will order the transcript when he has money to pay for it. We are estimating he needs several thousand dollars. The transcript will make it very clear that he is innocent and was railroaded. It will make it clear that he was not drunk nor did he set up the situation.

And he cannot pay the cost to help vindicate his name? His barrister should have been all mouthy here with that transcript if he was interested in keeping his client out of the Grey Bar Hotel and his Porche payments coming in would it not?

He had counsel did he not? Don't they all get transcripts for use in the sentencing process?? I bet they do. I think they call it discovery.
Him not seeing to it that i and any other interested parties could look and see for our own eyes and judgments.
But like not showing for the sentencing part this no transcript thing just shows that he is ducking a sure conviction on the evidence heard at trial and recorded by a credible professional witness in a paper document ANY Kinko's can PDF for you for a fee.

The Judge and seventeen peer's all did due diligences to this trial JUST because this transcript is hidden. Just because he insists on ducking what he knows is coming.
Any person trying to come into public and start a Chris was rail roaded band wagon will never over come the fact that Chris seems to have been the Trigger for every event that has led us here. This is why he has no support.

If you ask the court in Cook County to provide you free transcript for appeal and appoint the State Appellate Defender, if you qualify as indigent, then it is ordered and takes about a year to obtain. The appeal will be filed in about two years.
The Illinois State Appellate Defender in the 1st Appellate District is so far behind on cases, so understaffed, that this is the reality. I believe they have several hundred cases pending. In addition, if you have a private attorney, generally the court will deny your indigent petition. Mr. Bollyn paid his attorney out of donations he received from the public. Please feel free to check out these facts with the State Appellate Defender's Office in Chicago.
Therefore, to get the transcript, in a reasonable period of time he will have to order it and pay for it. This will cost several thousand dollars. Transcripts are NOT included in discovery. The person who stated that shoots from the hip, in order to make ad hominis attacks, with total ignorance of his subject matter and should be ignored.
Mr. Bollyn tells me, he cannot afford it at the moment. He does not have an income at the moment and his family is in the middle of crisis of a personal nature. I will let him tell the public about this worrisome crisis if he choses to do so. At present he is desperately needed at the side of his wife and children and therefore cannot come to court. Some personal matters should be considered private and I will not break his confidence by revealing them to the public.
He called his attorney a few days ago and asked him to try to obtain a continuance for the August 3, 2007 court date due to this crisis- where his attorney is scheduled to argue post trial motions, the sentencing is scheduled and the bail forfeiture will be finalized.
So then i guess i was not hard enough on Chris then about it.

He owns a nice car. He also owns a inner city dwelling bankers would be envious.
All funded by his hard work and a willingness to just accept that work is work and money is not everything.
This man also has a hansom amount of time to live his life while still living in a nasty world.
