The latter part of the show has some interesting quotes by Smith, so these excerpts have been transcribed verbatim.

Given that:

it does look like Bollyn was a plant installed in 2000.

...or if this was just a recent turn. But the turn is evident, the turn is evident in his work. The turn is evident in the people putting his return on their website. None of them said anything about his case, or fought for him during the whole time, but now you get Alex Jones putting it up, and Mike Rivero putting it up, and, who else, we got Jack Blood's putting it on his site, and we got Corbin. We got people, just put "Bollyn emerges", and you'll understand what I'm talking about, how many of these people, but none of them were trying to help him during the other time.

Most likely, because they had already recognised that he was a plant. And now his interview is newsworthy, they decide to run the story.

All of the usual suspects are now full-time trying to help Mr Bollyn, oddly enough. It stinks of a deception, it stinks of a Judas, a backstabber, and it just stinks. And, you know, this is part of the character assassination program that has been in full swing against Eric and myself...

Yet Smith spent much of this show on trashing Bollyn's character, portraying him as a drunken, boorish 'child abuser'.

Given Smith's arrest record, so would he.

The Bollyns are more credible now than they were when they were associated with Smith and Hufschmid.

And I hope for those children's sake that they get the help they need, and they get themselves some school, and they get the kind of healthcare and the kind of stable home that they deserve as children. Daryl Smith starts talking about Bollyn [1:30], admits that he is in fact okay. I.e. not "murdered or abducted" as per previous BS peddled by TFC for the past ten weeks, just as long as they thought they could get away with it. Claims that CB has turned out to be a "basher" of TFC. Smith: "We have our detractors, there are hundreds of thousands of them probably, who knows how many there are out there but, I'm sure any Zionist out there doesn't like us..." False. Smith works with the brother-in-law of the heir to a $9 billion Zionist media empire, and Zionists just love the way Smith is creating suspicion and division amongst factions who ought to be natural allies: the 9/11 truthers and the nationalist / patriot movement, whilst 'exposing' things that are already known.

Smith: "We worked with this man, his research, we gave him a home after his very unceremonious departure from a Southern Poverty Law publication." More accurately described as a Willis Carto / Chris Petherick publication. [3:34] Smith says that Sept / Oct 2005 was the first time he ever became aware of CB and the fact that he had a wife called Helje, and that she was trying to inform the public about the Estonia sinking. That was Smith's second or third month of working with Eric Hufschmid, who was on a trip to Europe with Jimmy Waters.

Smith found out in mid-November that CB was at a conference in Europe, and suggested to Eric, "Well Jesus, if he's going to be around here, why doesn't he come down for Thanksgiving dinner and I could meet him?" Eric contacted CB with the proposal, and also contributed to the Bollyns' travel expenses (car rental) from Geneva to central France. The Bollyns arrived late afternoon of Thanksgiving, with their two children - 8YO Catherine and 11YO Boubou - and a box of wine, five bottles in a box.

The kids left "huge plates full of food" (meat, potatoes, carrots, turnips, etc). Daryl was on fruit juices, and his wife Pascal had one glass of wine with her meal. By the end of the main course, the Bollyn family had already gone through a bottle of wine. By the clean up and dessert, they had finished a second bottle. About three hours into the meal, a third bottle was consumed. After four hours, a fourth bottle had gone and the mood at the table had become "decidedly strange".

The Bollyns were "staggeringly hammered, drunk". Chris stood up in Smith's kitchen with difficulty, red wine seeping out of the sides of his mouth on to his shirt and to Smith's wife's linen tablecloth, and began to sing the German national anthem and he was saying, "Heil Hitler". Daryl's wife looked at Daryl and was absolutely mortified. [10:00 Smith pauses the recording, there is a blank passage in the tape.]

Smith says he didn't have a good feeling about the Bollyns, "there was something wrong with their comportement, with the way they were", but he tried to be as gracious as he could about everything. CB's daughter was sleeping in a chair in their living room, but the son was still awake and listening to the proceedings, even coming out to watch the singing. If Smith's account is sincere - and it could be - the Smiths appear to be more cultured than the Bollyns. But it's great to see shills falling out amongst themselves.

The next day, the Bollyns got up at about 10am, three hours after the Smiths were up. Again, the kids just picked at the food, had one bite of cereal and left the rest for the second day in a row, and then went away to watch TV and cartoons. The Bollyns came out, acting as if the night before hadn't happened. Smith's wife suggested that the Bollyns go out to see the local animals - not Smith's, but local horses, buffalo, deer, cows, ostriches, sheep, etc.

The daughter and Christopher and his wife went for the walk, but the son stayed in watching cartoons. Smith asked the son why he didn't go with the others on the walk to see the farm animals. When the son said no, Smith replied that, "This is not a democracy", etc. So Boubou went out relunctantly, and caught up with his parents and sister a few minutes later.

A half hour later, the Bollyns returned. Christopher declared that they were leaving, and Smith and his wife were relieved. Daryl's wife Pascal was "horrified" by the Bollyns, and thought there were "some emotional problems going on". Helje said that she wanted to take a photo of Daryl, and he told her not to publish it. She said it was for her personal album, and wouldn't publish it, but now it's been posted on the internet. At the time, Smith had a conversational relationship with a forum site (madthumbs?) who has since "turned and stabbed us in the back". Smith should be asking himself why do so many people "turn and stab him in the back". Which is the more reasonable? 1) It is something wrong with all of these people. 2) It is something wrong with Smith.

Smith says the Bollyns stay in hotel rooms, go from place to place like Gypsies, and the children don't go to school, which is equivalent to a form of child abuse.

However, Daryl reputedly has a couple of grown-up sons, and Daryl's address history shows that he also flitted from place to place. He lived in at least ten US states, in many cases having had several addresses in each state, going right across the US from east to west, before moving on to France. Daryl's brother reckons he's a con artist who likes to make money the easy way instead of working. It's interesting that, later in this show, Daryl talks about how the authorities wouldn't even extradite from state to state, let alone from another country, for a "class C misdemeanor". Did Smith's career involve some kind of chicanery which required that he keep moving around? In any case, his own children would have had a more stable environment, had he not changed addresses quite so often.

Months later, a couple of very good Bollyn articles came out, and Smith says he "checked their veracity" and found they were all plausible. Smith was doing a lot of interviews in that time when he was with GCN. In February 2006, another good article came out, and EH and DBS discussed the possibility of interviewing CB. But it didn't come off because CB was travelling - he went to Chicago, went across country and eventually ended up at Eric's house in March 2006. TFC did an interview with Bollyn in April / May, then they did fifteen interviews between Daryl / Eric and Chris. TFC put up two Bollyn articles after he left AFP. CB was praising TFC's work. Smith says he "never warmed up to this man ever", because he believed that "his lifestyle was abusing the children that he had."

However, Smith is either lying here, or in his July 18 broadcast: [17;48] "I wanted to do a middle of the night file just to tell you how concerned I am. In fact, I can't sleep because of it, it's nightmarish, the idea that Chris is not safe, I can't sleep, not knowing that, that he and his family are in such danger." More likely, he is lying in the July 18 audio, pretending to be so concerned about a man that he "never warmed up to ever", that he "couldn't sleep". Especially seeing that he made a mistake and should have said "knowing" rather than "not knowing" - which was one of the few truthful parts of that broadcast.

So they worked together, then Chris got into the arrest mess. Eric called Smith saying that he'd got a panicky call from Helje, moments after the arrest. Smith called people all over the world, and hundreds of people ended up calling the Hoffman Estates police and putting a lot of pressure on them. There were "attacks" by people like WING TV, whom Smith calls "lying shills". Smith says that AFP demanded that Chris denounce Eric, and AFP fired him because "he refused to badmouth Eric." That's only part of the story. They also had problems with the veracity of Bollyn's articles, and did not trust him.

Then TFC offered CB another outlet for his work, and DBS gave him some interviews and tried to drum up support for him. For a couple of months, Smith says he told Eric that the donations to TFC should go to Bollyn's legal defense fund, and Smith would pay the phone bills out of his family's food money. After the first of January, they did about three or four more interviews up until Bollyn's court date, then as soon as Bollyn was convicted, he disappeared.

A man named Myers, a Jewish gentleman from Alabama who slept at Bollyn's house, and who worked for Mark Lane at the AFP, emerged. Mike Piper tells us that this Jerome Myers is a self-described Khazar. Bollyn's association with Myers was clearly another factor in his downfall, in addition to Bollyn's association with Hufschmid.

Then there was the Shelton woman, who was nice at first, speaking to Eric on the phone. Then Smith got an email from her, threatening to sue him and to out him as a charlatan. He called her "Dr Blowhard". Then Chris's brother popped up on the radar, also Chris Jon Bjerknes. Smith refers to them as "The Chicago Four".

The Myers character sounds very suspicious, and probably played as big a part in CB's downfall as did Eric Hufschmid. Jerome Myers, according to Piper, is the guy who made up the story about Piper having a "gay, Jewish ADL handler named Phil", which was promoted by Bollyn. So at least, that wasn't a lie that Chris made up himself. Chris's brother is not part of some "conspiracy", and the idea that those four were part of a plot to "abduct and maybe murder" Chris is absurd in the extreme.

TFC didn't hear from Bollyn, and then about seven weeks after the trial, early summer, they started to believe that "something had happened to Bollyn", because he hadn't contacted them. TFC started to peddle their hysteria about him having been abducted and maybe "killed", very shortly after Chris didn't show up for sentencing on June 25. On June 30, for example, TFC were claiming they had "no reason to believe that Christopher is alive, and if he is alive, we have no reason to believe that he is safe."

TFC eventually admitted that Eric had received a 2 to 2½ minute phone call from Bollyn, who sounded "rushed, frightened, panicked, and in bad straits", like he "wasn't free to be sharing his whereabouts or what he's going through". Maybe Eric told Daryl that, and Daryl believed him! More likely, the three of them were plants from the start. Smith says that since CB's charges were merely class C misdemeanors, the authorities would not even extradite from another state, much less another country. Smith said he deferred to Eric, because Eric got the call.

According to Smith, new information has come to light that the Bollyns were with a journalist in Sweden called Jan Gillberg for a couple of months. It was from Gillberg's bungalow on the outskirts of Stockholm, where the Bollyns had access to a computer (or computers), that "they concocted their attacks against us", and it was there that they probably did their photo-imaging on Daryl's photo.

Smith says he's not some sort of military operative, he's a service-connected vet who, like his father, has fought for his country. DBS says it's false that he and Chris didn't speak for a year after the Thanksgiving dinner; they spoke about 5½ months later and then fourteen times more in the year that followed.

Geez - I inform people of facts. I put myself on the line for what I believe in. You flap your gums and pass a lot of wind.

Most of the work I've done against corruption has been behind the scenes or in unreported committee testimony in Springfield or at hearings of committees in Chicago, or in court testimony defending the wrongly accused or in clubs and activist groups guiding others in their battles - like Bollyn.

However, as I've written on this site there are a lot of court pleadings in both federal and Illinois State courts open to the public that spell out all my activities in much greater detail. I was interviewed on the TV and appeared on several Chicago area talk shows discussing vaccines. Ask Barbara Mullarkey, the chair of the Illinois Vaccine Awareness Coalition or Fran Eaton, another well known Chicago area conservative activist or former Illinois Senator Patrick O'Malley. You don't know how to do your homework!

What have you done to promote the Bill of Rights? What is your name - or are you just passing air for the fun of it - hiding behind a screen name as a faceless wimp?

It is interesting how the windbags and tale spinners on this site, who haven't bothered to check out who I am, or read what I write on this site so quickly defame and dismiss me.

I oppose police and government corruption by my actions. I went to Bollyn's trial at the request of a pro se activist group in Chicago as a neutral observer. I reported the trial on RMN. It was typical of corruption in the Cook County Circuit Courts. I am a victim of this corruption, having successfully defended my self 15 times.

I have said from the start that 911 conspiracy issues are not my cup of tea right now as my plate is full of issues relating to local government corruption and attacks against me and other whistle blowers and activists.

I have now lost a significant battle that may put me in jail for several years - convicted of a violent crime that it is physically impossible for me to do because of my physical handicapping conditions, according to my physicians.

I have sent the following to all I know. If any of you are patriots, care about the rule of law, the Bill of Rights and government corruption - you will at least express support for me, pray for me, and if you are in Chicago attend the sentencing and post trial motion hearings. Dr. Shelton is indigent due to catastrophic medical issues. She is physically disabled. She was in jail on a contempt charge for telling the judge she was violating the law. CONVICTED ON AUGUST 23, 2007 OF THE IMPOSSIBLE!

Dr. Shelton was in jail on a contempt charge for telling a judge she had violated the law. She had just won a summary judgment against the Cook County Sheriff for failure to have a compliance plan with the ADA. She was only asking for her constitutional rights of a phone call to an attorney and family, her medication which was withheld (she was later transferred in serious condition to a hospital), for help from a social worker to arrange care for her disabled elderly father, and for access to the courts (paper, pen, and a way to send motions to the courts and notify courts she was in jail) as a pro se litigant in civil rights suits against corrupt officials and as a pro se criminal defendant. She never asked for special treatment.

A Sgt. came into her cell, sent away female guards so he would have no witnesses and attacked her on May 16, 2005. She was then charged with felony aggravated battery to a correctional officer. A class 3 felony, with the conviction she permanently loses her medical license and may spend years jailed!

On August 20, 2007 Dr. Linda Shelton was put on trial in Chicago on the charge of two counts of aggravated battery to a correctional officer. She has been free on an extremely excessive $100,000 bail – ordered in violation of her constitutional rights by an illegal video bond court, and the possible sentence is anywhere from probation to 5 years in prison. The verdict was GUILTY as charged. Presentation of post-trial motions and sentencing is set for September 18, 2007 at the Cook County Criminal Court Building at 2600 S. California Avenue in Chicago between 9:30 and 11:00 a.m., courtroom 702. Hopefully a continuance will be granted on September 18, 2007 because the transcripts won't be ready yet and are needed to write Post conviction motions.

Dr. Shelton a handicapped woman with a partial paralysis of the right side who was in jail unlawfully and who was on the sixth day of a dry hunger strike and extremely weak, confined to a wheelchair, and unable to stand, was convicted on August 23, 2007 of Felony Aggravated Battery to a Correctional Officer. Her neurologist testified that it was PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for her to have committed this crime. Her cardiologist testified that lab tests, vital signs, and her medical conditions prove that she was so dehydrated and weak it was PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for her to have committed the crime. The laws of physics make it Physically impossible to have committed the crime.
She is convicted of catching the Sgt. “off guard” when he entered her cell alone and shut the door, starting from a dead stop in the middle of the jail cell, accelerating and ramming the 190 lb 5'10"muscular male officer with a broken wheelchair, skinning his shins, then leaning back in the wheelchair, raising both legs to his chest level and kicking the officer in the chest causing soreness and slamming him several feet backwards against a door WHILE THE WHEELCHAIR WAS ROLLING BACKWARDS, even though it has been 10 years since she could raise her right leg above her chest with force, she is disabled with congenitally weak arms and was intensely dehydrated.
She has been told the likely sentence is 3 years!

PLEASE TRY TO GET A CROWD IN THE GALLERY ON SEPT 18, 2007 FOR POST TRIAL MOTIONS FOR RELIEF AND SENTENCING. This may be a short hearing if a continuance is granted as I cannot write post trial motions until the transcripts are ready and they won't be ready by then. It is harder to assassinate an innocent person in front of an audience!
The judge made so many unconstitutional adverse rulings and there was so much prosecutorial misconduct that Shelton was convicted by character assassination, tampered evidence, extreme bias, and prosecutorial and judicial misconduct. Dr. Shelton essentially was fraudulently declared to be a despicable "witch" who committed the heinous crime of attacking a guard while in jail because she is a rich bitch and snooty physician who believes she is above the law, who wanted special treatment and would do anything she wanted to get it including physically attacking a guard. Don't bore me with the facts was the jury's attitude - this was clear by their body language - slouching and rolling of the eyes. The conviction was clearly a result of character assassination, fraud upon the court, evidence tampering, and bias.

1-DBS is not a parent in the normal sense of the word. I hear in his voice that he seems to have 'taken offense' at the kids lack of appreciation for the food. Anyone would notice and be disappointed in that, but a parent wouldnt make an issue of it, even when its someone elses kids. Its just one of those things. He dwelled on the food issue. Yes, I imagine DBS is quite a difficult individual.

2-DBS is right IMO concerning the odd appearance of Shelton, who does indeed seem to be full of crap. She appears to be a complete extraneous character brought in for drama.

3-The pic isnt that bad a thing. Whippette's crop is very good, the funky blue door and the background add a certain artistry to the photograph, and DBS looks like he means business. I think he fared well.

4-DBS hasnt enough evidence in his suppositions about Jones, and Rivero picking up the new interview story. These are people DBS has attacked relentlessly. They were not going to push Bollyn while he is in bed with TFC.

5-I remember that TFC began voicing or posting foul-play musings soon after Bollyn didnt show up for sentencing. It wasnt months.. it was days. DBS lied here IMO. Hufschmid has been altering what he wrote. I saw it changed a few times. I dont give a damn what their site shows now, or what waybackmachine picked up on day X of month Y.

6-Bollyn a plant from the beginning? I think they were all plants from the beginning. I still think the Bollyn incident was meant to get people to focus away from the Condit Precinct idea. I think it was contrived. A contrived incident they made happen.

7-DBS called it a misdemeanor, which is what i thought, which is no reason to leave the country, which a few were trying to point out to that blockhead in June. Instead however, DBS went with the 'Bollyn Holocaust- sky is falling' bullshit.

I think DBS got double-crossed. Maybe even triple-crossed (but he doesnt know it yet). They all participated in the hyped 'bollyn incident', then Bollyn followed a different script of which they were not a party, OR perhaps it is only DBS who wasnt privy to it. I went to TFC website because I was tired of the agendas being promoted at the regular sites, WRH, AJ, JB, Etc. Listened to DBS who directed me to this website to decide for myself re the Bollyn thing. Have not much to contribute here (sorry) but want to keep up on happenings and I thank those who do contribute, particularly QRS and MParent.

So I fall off the fence on the side of DBS! Bollyn sounds like a mooch, even in his own words. He couldn't pay for a vehicle to get to Smith's house so they paid for one. He and his family "only stayed one night" because I guess the accommodations were not up to par. And finally, he evaded the law. First of all, justified or not, you do not resist arrest. And second of all, you do not run away you fight.

Only problem I find with DBS is he doesn't post frequently enough, which is why I came here. I'm glad DBS is putting the thing to rest. That's all. Just wanted to say that this outside observer has made up her mind!

Smith has finally been forced to admit that Bollyn is alive and well, but in his September 5 broadcast he spends the whole time bitching about Bollyn and his family and positing that Bollyn is a "turncoat" and that there was "a snake in our midst". He also says he "never warmed" to Chris Bollyn, despite his insisting on numerous occasions that they were close friends. Now the position they're taking is that Bollyn has obviously been tortured into turning against TFC:

I visited the person known as Daryl Bradford Smith in November 2005 after the Axis for Peace conference in Brussels where I had been invited to speak. Smith had invited us to visit and said that he lived near Paris. When I checked into taking the train, however, I found that it would cost about $400 to make the trip one-way so I decided against going.

Eric Hufschmid and Daryl were quite disappointed to hear this and Eric offered to send me money to pay for the trip, so we travelled to Geneva and rented a car. I drove halfway across France to the small village where Smith lived.

We had Thanksgiving dinner with him and his wife and spent the night. The old farmhouse where he lived was being renovated so it was not convenient for us to stay more than one night. We stayed in Moulins which was on the way to and from Smith's house. I don't recall the name of his village.

While his wife Pascal was pleasant, Smith was suspicious and quite withdrawn. Suddenly, during the dinner, he turned to us and asked: "Why did you really come?" in a rather unpleasant tone. Yet it was him who had been urging us to visit since the spring of 2005.

During the visit, Helje asked Daryl if he had been to Vietnam. He said that he was too young for that. A little later he asked Helje, rather inquisitively, "Who told you I was in the military?"

Helje said that he just reminded her of somebody she knew who had been in Vietnam.

After our visit for Thanksgiving 2005, Smith spread malicious slander about me and my family to people that he knew through the Internet. He did not communicate with me for a year after our visit. Smith's malicious slander found its way to the courtroom where I was on trial last spring.

Who is Daryl Bradford Smith? I have no idea.

I posted these comments to explain why I have not been a guest on the Internet "radio show" produced by Eric for "The French Connection" website of Mr. Smith.

The main reason that I cannot discuss my research and articles on the "radio" show of Smith is because the "French Connection" show and website have shown a tendency to provoke and promote violence. Obviously, I cannot allow myself to be associated with people that use provocative language and advocate the use of violence.

Discussing my research and articles is all that Hufschmid and "The French Connection" has ever wanted from me in the past. All the research and writing in my articles have been done solely by me.

Hufschmid and Smith gladly use the fruits of my years of labor and research to bring attention to their website and then sabotage my efforts to fund my research at the same time. Who would do something like that?

At the conclusion of my trial in June, I had the choice to either leave the Chicago area or face sentencing from the same judge who presided over my seriously flawed trial. I would have shown very poor judgment and only increased the already intolerable anxiety and agony of my family to have waited around for the other shoe to drop and been dragged off to Cook County Jail.

Despite the fact that Eric knows all of this, he has continued to post alarming comments on "The French Connection" that the Bollyn family is MIA, that we have been kidnapped or killed, and other nonsense of that nature.

Despite numerous emails and telephone calls to Eric, he and Smith have used their "French Connection" website to spread false news and alarm about me and my family. The website today, for example, has these comments:

"It has been months since anybody has seen the Bollyn family. If they are alive, where are they? How do they buy food? Do their children go to school? Do they pay rent? Why are they hiding from everybody?"

Do we know where Smith is or where his kids go to school, or whether he pays rent? Why are they asking these things about me? Why are they raising these doubts about me and my family?

At the end of each of my articles that they posted on their website, Hufschmid and Smith have posted this very unhelpful note despite my repeated appeals to remove it:

"Important: Christopher Bollyn and his famly (sic) is (sic) MIA.

This "Important note" at the bottom of each article has effectively sabotaged my efforts to raise funds. Hufschmid and Smith are using my articles and then spitting on me by spreading false news and alarm about me and my family.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak on a radio show in Salt Lake City for an hour with Dale Williams, who was filling in for Barbara Jean on the "Born on the 4th of July" show on K-TALK (KTKK). It was a great opportunity to dispell some of these false rumors.

Most importantly, Hufschmid and Smith began sabotaging my legal defense fund immediately after my trial. This prevented me from raising the funds required to obtain the court transcripts that would reveal the lies of the police and malicious prosecution that I had been subjected to. It also nipped my attempts to appeal the guilty verdict in the bud.

Instead of discussing the seriously flawed legal process that I was subjected to, Hufschmid and Smith launched a vicious defamation campaign against Dr. Linda Shelton, an independent court observer who had attended the last two days of my trial. Since I was not allowed to talk or write about my trial before sentencing, Dr. Shelton's thorough analysis about my trial was the only way other could find out what really happened.
