And now, my dear friends at WUFYS, I recently saw what (for me) is the most powerful video I have seen in a couple of years. It was on Iranian TV. I have been searching for it desperately, but I cannot find it.

The above video is a 90-minute feature about life inside Iran.
The Iranian clip I refer to is at the 1:09:30 mark. It was about israel’s 2006 attack on Lebanon. A man yells to the world, “All my family, all my friends gone! My house gone! Everything gone! Please help Lebanon! Please help Lebanon!”
The way the music and the clips are done will not leave me for a long time.
Some videos show horror. Others, like this Iranian clip I refer to, make you want to rush to Lebanon and fight alongside Hezbollah.
It’s extremely heroic.

Well I think it's really cool that sex is forbidden in music in Iran. What's wrong with that? American culture needs to take a big huge vacation from the sex and violence that permeate in American popular music.
