Hmmmm, that does look like ET. Do you suppose ET was a shapeshifter? He must have been competition for the meat packers in Iowa. 

I have seen African tribes with elongated necks but that was the result of body modification.  Hell maybe this bastard is part of that lost longneck Asian tribe.
