Seattle Times staff reporters

Eighth Congressional District candidate Darcy Burner's Eastside home went up in flames today.

The fire started between 7 and 7:30 a.m. on the 3600 block of West Ames Lake Drive Northeast near Redmond, fire authorities said.
The cause of the blaze remains unknown.

Burner, 37, a Democrat, is running against Republican Rep. Dave Reichert.

At midmorning, Burner, wearing a gray T-shirt, looked at the smoldering remains of her house on the Ames Lake waterfront.

Just the kind of political terrorism you'd expect from the ancestors of the Irgun, Haganah and the Stern Gang (Lehi).

The Zionists at Daily Kos are going apeshit over this story, demanding that the poster be banned and the post deleted.

Which seems to be their modus operandi anytime anyone sheds some light into the dark corners they inhabit.

The home of Eighth Congressional District candidate Darcy Burner went up in flames today – cause unknown.

We’ll be watching the subsequent investigation closely. Remember that Burner told Matt Stoller that on June 27, she received a call from people affiliated with AIPAC and they told her to distance herself from J Street, the new pro-peace group that the AIPAC people said are full of radical leftists who support capitulation to Arabs who would destroy Israel.

Within 24 hours of the fire, someone with the local fire department made a statement that the fire was due to an appliance malfunction.

That person is either an idiot, lazy or on the payroll of AIPAC.

An investigation usually is done by the fire department's marshals and the insurance company will damn sure investigate, since they're looking at paying off on the insurance policy.

For a FD official to blurt out that an appliance caused the fire is somewhat suspicious and definitely what a proffessional firefighter would do.

The investigation would take place over a couple of days and carpet, flooring and furniture samples from where the fire was the hottest and the point of origin would be collected, sealed in a tin and shipped off to a firm that would investigate the samples for evidence of arson, like traces of accelerants, as in gasoline or diesel.

That info would not be available within 24 hours, no way.

If that FD is blaming a lot of the fires in their locale on electrical problems, then according to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) the FD is either being lazy and not doing a proper investigation or they're just plain dumb... not their words.

Was the fire arson?

Was it set by some minion of AIPAC?

Was the USS Liberty savagely attacked by Israel?

Does a bear shit in the woods?
