UPDATE: Bill FAILS - Yea 207 Nay 226 - America Stands Proud!!!

GO TO HELL, WALL STREET!!!

If this Bill passes - America is Over - Effective Immediately

This started out as a post in support Rep. Marcy Kaptur's stand against the bill and has transformed into a contemporaneous memorialization of who in congress took a stand against this treason and who in congress openly supports it.

Make no mistake, if this bill passes, America is officially over.

Effective immediately, its economy comes under the complete control of foreign and domestic international banks through their banking stooges in the Federal Reserve and the Treasury.

It's not clear yet whether or not it will pass. But, if it does, Americans must RAISE HELL until congress repeals this bill on behalf of the American people and their progeny.

Rep. Kaptur of Ohio - America's Last Hope against Sweeping Financial Coup!!!

Rep. Marcy Kaptur from Ohio just may be America's Last Hope against the colossal financial coup d'etat that is currently underway in Congress.

Why is it that lately the people with the biggest proverbial balls in congress in fact don't have any!

I don't know where this woman was hiding or why she's not running for president of the United States, but this is as good as time as any to introduce her to readers of this blog and to the American people as the last hope this nation may have to avert certain death by fiat, under the auspices of the greatest criminal network the world has ever known.

Pass this video on to every living, breathing, thinking American you know and tell them to get off their fat sorry asses and do something to stop to this travesty before these financial criminals pound the last nails into America's coffin!!!

It's now or never! 2 pm at the Capitol!!!

Go Kaptur, Go!!!

It's high time that Americans showed their financial overlords who's the boss!!!

This one was from the aligned force opposite.

The Dow ending on 10365.xx

One Year.

;)

And a Fuck u Very Muchola!

I thought the sub-text hilarious.

First you take D.C. Then you take New York (:

Masher1 | Mon, 2008-09-29 23:10

This past Summer, the Plunge Protection team was busy buying up Wall Street stocks to prevent the Dow Jones from dropping, now they have been dumping those stocks back on the Street to artifically create a Dow Jones drop to scare us Americans into voting for the "Theft of American Money Act."

The Wall Street hustlers, con artists and grifters will be working over the House members to get a few votes changed.

KEEP up the pressure and call your Senator too.

We still have a long way to go.

Damn, this type of representative democracy is kinda fun.

Looks like Nancy will be in for a severe spanking when she gets back to Castro Street.

Bad Girl, Nancy, bad, bad, girl...Whack!

Greg Bacon | Mon, 2008-09-29 20:11

Or 10-4 For the Dow!

Just Wait.

Speaker Pelosi returns to her district to lead the voters

Claymoremind | Mon, 2008-09-29 20:06

Since they couldn't scare Americans with the financial meltdown of Wall Street, the House is now barking and howling about another of their favorite boogiemen, Iran and Muslims.

Rep. FRANKS of Arizona has been on the floor recycling lies about Iran and nukes.

He almost slipped up and mentioned that Israel is the ONLY ME country with nukes, but his Yiddish upbringing came into play and his tin-foil shaped yarmulka started receiving waves loud and clear from Zhid Central.

These damn fools and war mongering idiots need to be sent packing come November.

They must be ampiing up the booga-booga factor to get people's minds off the "Theft of American Money Act."

Greg Bacon | Mon, 2008-09-29 20:00

"Stretch" Pelosi
Next time she'll be wearing a goatee!

Claymoremind | Mon, 2008-09-29 19:52

Who will be the first to put on the Wailing Wall Street Yarmulka and bash their heads against that facade of capitalism?

The prayer notes inserted into the cracking Wailing Wall Street will ask for more and more money, yesssiree lord.

"Seven, come Eleven, Moma!"

Why should anyone who isn't a Wall Street insider cry for their demise?

At their height of glory, what were they up to?

Corporate raiders taking over firms and ransacking the pension funds, borrowing against the firm and then declaring bankruptcy, sending thousands into unemployment.

Massive tax cuts for firms that offshored their jobs to China with more people laid off.

Outsourcing of other jobs to India and Mexico, with more unemployment.

All the while, the richest fucks on Wall Street paid Congress to cut the taxes on the richest.

All of these Wall Street programs fucked over this country, with less taxes to pay for health care, little money for maintenance and less for schools.

This is what Americans are supposed to rally around and save?

"And in the final days, there will be much wailing and gnashing of teeth and plenty of DKNY and ARMANI fashions rendered into nothingness."

FUCK THEM!

Greg Bacon | Mon, 2008-09-29 19:29

at their unexpected defeat!

now, that the bill has failed and the sky has not fallen, they're trying desperately to peddle the lie that catastrophe is yet to come.

You got to see the look on Pelosi's face! She was speechless! Totally humiliated!

She looked like somebody had just slapped her ass in public!

How strange that this "Theft of American Money" act is trying to get passed during the same period that Jews celebrate their New Year, Rosh Hashanah.

Just a little too much of a coincidence for me.

I imagine all sorts of Cabbalah rituals were held and whatever passes for a Black Mass in Israel and New York.

Looks like someones's Day of Judgement is coming.

Us uppity GOY must be taught a lesson.

Rosh Hashanah -- The Jewish New Year ( Leviticus 23:23-24). Also known as the Day of Judgement, is Tuesday and Wednesday, September 30, and October 1, 2008 (holiday starts at sundown on Monday night September 28).

Yom Kippur -- The Day of Atonement ( Leviticus 23: 26-32). Thursday, October 9, 2008. Kol Nidre is Wednesday night

The Jewish New Year is also known as the Day of Judgement.

How the FUCK or WHY the FUCK don't we have more details about the 23rd Dec 1913

Ognir | Mon, 2008-09-29 18:45

I saw a threat to drop the DJIA over 12% today. Did you?

Once it blows open the DJIA will cave to 4500 or so... then bubble up to around 7K.

There is Dick all that can be done to halt this save HALT the Military Industrial Complex and Fix up the crimes of State.

The Boo Hoo of the dow gong to camp at 4K for any amount of time in the NORTHCOM area and Banker and his games will be serious abuse targets.

During the vote the DOW shot....down.Over SIX %.

Implying the ability for these forces to do FAR worse if NEED is being pushed like this... Trust me China in one day could depress the DJIA far more than 25% if NEED is present.

Right now USA is in need of serious Anti-Propaganda treatments.

And i think you all sitting front row will be somewhat surprised of the heap of shit that results.

The Main units of your MEDIA COMPLEX just became Target Number ONE.

Times of self repair came and went America.

Now the big dogs fight for your carcass until you all get with the program.

And the Dow MAY recover to 7K.

Funny how GB spat out F the Dow too.. Ahhh the fun of this lesson is going to be so sweet for the learners and so SOUR for the users and the liars.

Have fun all you Liars..

You All know who you are... We do.

First you take D.C. Then you take New York (:

For now.

The gangsters behind this theft will keep coming back and voting till they get it right.

How many Rabbis with Rabies are needed to pass this dud?

The TALMUD warned the Chosen Ones about letting us GOY talk and gasp, actually vote.

We're all going to spend eternity burning in a vat of excrement, while the Rabbis feast on shorn foreskin, washed down with fresh blood.

Greg Bacon | Mon, 2008-09-29 18:35

it was -520 when I started watching I think.

Crimes of Zion | Mon, 2008-09-29 18:32

The House has now passed an act to reconsider, revealing the first vote to be grandstanding so that people can change their votes and say "I held out for you" to constituents. They will use the massive Dow drop—of 700 at one point—to make the case that they had to vote for it. Then it will most likely squeak by.

Fuck the Dow Jones, it's recovering anyway. I've watched it go from -570 points to -470 in only 20 mins. It better not "squeak by", not after that kick-arse victory for the people. That was one of the most riveting things I've ever watched.

Crimes of Zion | Mon, 2008-09-29 18:29

Rather than make the poor and middle class bail out the banksters' wars and usury, make them pay for it themselves!!

Grim Reaper | Mon, 2008-09-29 18:17

From the RON PAUL Forums:

I don't usually read Kos, but this is the best summary I've found about what's going on with HR 3997. (from http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/20...299/215/614055 )

Quote:

Anyway, if you're scratching your head about how the bailout legislation, which was conceived over the weekend, ends up numbered H.R. 3997 when they're already well into the 7000s with House bills already (they're numbered in order of their introduction), the answer is that they're going back to a trick we've seen them use before -- taking an old bill that has passed one House but not both, and hollowing it out and replacing that text with the new stuff.

So H.R. 3997, an old tax bill that passed the House, bounced back and forth a few times after being amended, but was never passed in the same form by both houses, which means it's still available as a legislative vehicle. That means that technically, what's under consideration in the House today is an amendment to the Senate amendment to the House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R. 3997.

Seriously.

Why? Because pretending that the bailout package is just a new amendment (in the nature of a substitute) for what now stands as the old body of H.R. 3997 means they can get expedited consideration on the House floor, plus be protected from a Republican motion to recommit [send back to committee, essentially killing the bill].
In addition to doing this to speed the bill through with fewer chances to kill it, I think they're also doing this to obfuscate their votes. It's a lot easier to look up online who voted for "HR 3997" than it is to look up "who voted for an amendment to the senate amendment to the house amendment to the senate amendment to HR 3997."

Every Congressman already has a vote on the record for the original version of HR 3997, which was originally "The Defenders of Freedom Tax Relief Act of 2007." It's purpose was "to provide tax relief and protections for military personnel." Of course now it's being amended to be something completely different and will have a completely separate vote for the amendment. This will make it much more difficult for the average citizen to sort through all of this and determine whether their congressman voted for the bill last year as originally intended to provide tax relief to members of the military, or voted this year to pass the bailout.

http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=159224

Here's what the original HR 3997 is about:

H.R. 3997: Defenders of Freedom Tax Relief Act of 2007
An Act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide tax relief and protections for military personnel, and for other purposes.

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h110-3997

Greg Bacon | Mon, 2008-09-29 18:11

but, for certain - this is not over.

Even if this bill fails utterly, they will come back with a vengeance and those who voted nay will be coerced or enticed to support it.

This ain't over, the banksters are going to keep voting on this until they get it the way they want to.

Right now, the vote is being held open so members can change their mind and vote for Empire.

Look for all sorts of monkey business in the financial sector the next couple of days, with the Fed and Treasury Dept, working in collusion with Wall Street, to crash a few more financial institutions to scare the people.

Update: One vote already changed from Nay to Yea.

House is breaking its own rules regarding the vote.

Looks like YEA is gaining momentum unless an influx of NAY come in to pace past YEA vote.

Communistic Democrats and Fascist Republicans who vote YEA will face justice.

Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Paper no. 28:

If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers, may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success than against those of the rulers of an individual state. In a single state, if the persons intrusted with supreme power become usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions, or districts of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defense. The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair. The usurpers, clothed with the forms of legal authority, can too often crush the opposition in embryo. The smaller the extent of the territory, the more difficult will it be for the people to form a regular or systematic plan of opposition, and the more easy will it be to defeat their early efforts. Intelligence can be more speedily obtained of their preparations and movements, and the military force in the possession of the usurpers can be more rapidly directed against the part where the opposition has begun. In this situation there must be a peculiar coincidence of circumstances to insure success to the popular resistance.

The obstacles to usurpation and the facilities of resistance increase with the increased extent of the state, provided the citizens understand their rights and are disposed to defend them. The natural strength of the people in a large community, in proportion to the artificial strength of the government, is greater than in a small, and of course more competent to a struggle with the attempts of the government to establish a tyranny. But in a confederacy the people, without exaggeration, may be said to be entirely the masters of their own fate. Power being almost always the rival of power, the general government will at all times stand ready to check the usurpations of the state governments, and these will have the same disposition towards the general government. The people, by throwing themselves into either scale, will infallibly make it preponderate. If their rights are invaded by either, they can make use of the other as the instrument of redress. How wise will it be in them by cherishing the union to preserve to themselves an advantage which can never be too highly prized!

“If the people knew what we had done, they would chase us down the street and lynch us.” President George H.W. Bush to journalist Sarah McClendon, December 1992

No shit, Bush Senior. You were part of the conspiracy to kill JFK. Eventually you pay the ultimate price for treason.
