American Military Bases In Israel, for NATO Peacekeepers?

NOTICE THE AMERICAN FLAG.
These bases were originally built to house Israeli forces withdrawn from the West Bank, as defined in the Oslo Agreements, as a first step towards a UN world government. Has the mission for these modern facilities been redefined, to accomodate the new vision of NATO peacekeepers policing the West Bank?
Obama advisors Gen. James Jones, Brent Scowcroft and Zbigniew Brzezinski have all endorsed the idea of using NATO troops to police the West Bank in Occupied Palestine, to take the place of Israeli troops, in a negotiated settlement. This settlement would ignore the issue of Gaza.
This brought to mind a couple of articles by Barry Chaimish on rense.com in 2005 about two gigantic American bases being built in Israel: Chamish - Exclusive Photos

Of Huge New US Base In Israel (part 2)
Could these be the bases to be used by NATO peacekeepers? Mr. Chamish reports that at least one of these facilities has a huge holding area (for Palestinian resisters, or militant settlers/colonizers?).
