Re: Baker Family Farm under Assault
Interesting video, Fester.
If I were this guy, my first thought would be to consider paying “protection” money to the mafia. That is, to ask the Michigan Pork Producers Assn how much they want every month to leave me alone.
That’s what this is about. Corporations are organized crime, and they use government as muscle (in this case the Michigan Department of Natural Resources).
Unfortunately the mafia doesn’t just want a “cut.” They demand to be partners with co-ownership, which means they will never let you become large enough for them to consider you as an equal member. You will always be a slave.
Cute kids. The young brunette (“Dorothy”) is beautiful. The Baker family is about as "American" as you can get.
They started in Montana raising their own food, and moved to upper central Michigan when they got more kids. (Their nearest town is Cadillac pop 10,000, about 20 miles away). In Michigan they joined a “sustainable food community,” and got into trouble when they started selling their food to a public that loved it (since it isn’t full of toxins). That’s when the mafia came calling.
A lot of people in similar situations are watching this.
Baker’s YouTube video gets an average of 4,400 views per day.
Re: Baker Family Farm under Assault
I think this is one of those secondary issues that will help or initiate the pulling of many heads out of many backsides. Mr. Baker clearly sees the dangers and now his customers and their friends and families will too.
