The second, which is the first in a four part series, is absolutely essential viewing. In it Margrit Kennedy illustrates the madness of an interest based society and how 45% of the price of all our goods and services can be attributed to some form of interest.

It's absolutely mind-boggling.

I would like to see a more elaborate explanation of the effect of interest and speculation on real estate and the price of land. Does anyone know where I can find it?
