The explosion in robot warfare is part of the “war on terror,” which is essentially a war by the rich on the masses. Drones keep the masses in their place, and make it easier to launch endless wars of imperialist theft. Soon they will fill our own skies.

Robots and UAVs are meant to attack the defenseless. They are not meant to fight real wars against a capable enemy, since any nation with a real defensive capability can eliminate drones easier than it can manned fighters or tanks.

Again, it’s all about making war on the masses. And it’s all justified by the “war on terror,” and by “saving Americans” (as those same Americans are reduced to poverty).
