Israel is "pilot" nation for Global Entry Program allowing the US to fast track Israelis into US, permitting them to skip the hassle of dealing with the DHS Stasi. However, Israel does not reciprocate and allow US citizens fast track entry into Israel. The other pilot program, to allow Dutch citizens fast-tracked entry into the US, has fallen through.
Laws are written that specifically favor giving Jews Homeland Security Grant funds over any other religious, cultural or political affiliated group.
