Godfrey Bloom, the UK Independence Party's Member of the European Parliament for Yorkshire & Lincolnshire spells out the evils of private central banking and suggests a remedy.

While I respect Ron Paul's ideas, I don't think he's blazing any new trail here. Others have been there before him and doubtless there will be many more after him until this curse of interest-bearing cartel-created money becomes nothing but a bad memory.

Ron Paul has merely called for audits of the Fed, whereas Congressman Dennis Kucinich has consistently introduced bills that would abolish the Fed altogether, and establish a genuinely public central bank. Of course the bills are ignored.
